This course will cover a general overview of the Lighthouse system. The Lighthouse 101 course will ensure that you can speak with merchants about the Lighthouse Business Management product, and an overview of the Marketplace. This course is designed to help you understand the value of the Lighthouse application to be able to successfully speak about the product to merchants.
Through completing the course and passing the assessment, you will be able to
- discuss LBM overview and pricing with merchants
- market the value proposition of LBM and the Marketplace to potential merchants
- demonstrate the Lighthouse application and its features
